OUR STORY
247 Totalcare Ltd started its business life in 2010 trading as a Home care providor, based in SE London and Kent. It was set up by an experienced Carer . It joined with an Ambulance provider Critical Care Transfers Ltd and moved to Dartford Ambulance Station. We offered a specialised in a small range of products offering short time hire , care and transport solutions. This proved to be an invaluable service used by local hospitals and councils. Due to some complications with flooding, the company split with the care side closing in 2015. The ambulance side moved away and our business became involed with Disabled Holidays based in Orpington Kent . With the original team reuniting in 2019 just prior to the UK's start of the Covid outbreak. We delayed registering our company again until after lockdown had finished. We then bought part of Disabled Access Holidays (www.disabledaccessholidays.com) who had been arranging Holidays since 2005 and also had their own Equipment Hire Site as well as Accessible Transfers around the world. We decide to increase our services offered by Holidays4Disabled by offering services from Spitfire Travel, Emergency Medical Transfers and our own team to offer a complete solution for Disabled Holidaymakers . In 2022 ee relocated to larger premises in Essex where we now offer, in collaboration with our sister company Holidays4Disabled Carers, Mobility Equipment Hire, Equpment Sales, Delivery, Installation, Accessible Holidays ,Adaptions, Servicing and Repairs to most types of mobility and patient lifting equipment throughout the South East of England. We enjoy close working relationships with the NHS and private hospitals along with many nursing agencies, hotels, travel accommodation companies and advice organisations.
